For NEET UG 2027, the qualifying cutoff for General category is the 50th percentile (~137 marks out of 720). AIIMS New Delhi requires 700+ marks. Top government medical colleges across India fill seats at 650+ marks. State government colleges under state quota have lower cutoffs (530-600). Private medical colleges accept students with 400-530 marks through management/NRI quota.
