JEE Advanced is the only exam for admission to all 23 IITs. Score is out of 360 marks (Paper 1 + Paper 2). You cannot get into IIT through JEE Main alone.
Both exams require different strategies. JEE Main tests speed and accuracy across Physics, Chemistry & Maths. JEE Advanced tests depth of concept understanding with innovative problems.
