Our Mission

MindPeak Institute exists to make genuinely personalised JEE and NEET coaching accessible from anywhere. Too many students in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities are forced to relocate to a coaching hub, spending lakhs on hostel fees and enduring homesickness — often with diminishing returns. Our mission is simple: connect every aspirant with a dedicated mentor who understands their strengths, weaknesses, and learning pace. Through our online 1-on-1 model, a student anywhere in India gets the same quality of coaching as one in a metro. No compromises, no batches, no wasted time.

Who Founded MindPeak Institute

MindPeak Institute was founded by Devansh Sharma, who still teaches rather than only running the business. Devansh Sharma holds a BDS and is JEE & NEET Physics faculty at MindPeak. His teaching philosophy is what the whole institute is built on: make Physics problem-solving systematic — teach students to read a problem, identify the principle at play, and reach the right equation without guessing, with every session built around solving problems together rather than one-way lecturing. He started MindPeak because he had seen too many capable students lost in 150-student batches where no one noticed them fall behind.
