The 5-Step Mentor Selection Process

We believe that a great mentor can transform a student's preparation. That's why our selection process is one of the most rigorous in the industry:

• Step 1: Academic Screening — minimum qualification from top-50 engineering/medical institutions
• Step 2: Subject Mastery Test — JEE Advanced / NEET level paper with 85%+ cutoff
• Step 3: Teaching Demo — 30-minute live session evaluated by our Academic Head
• Step 4: Communication & Empathy Assessment — can they connect with students at different levels?
• Step 5: 2-Week Probation — shadow sessions with existing students before full onboarding

Physics Faculty

Our Physics mentors specialise in building strong conceptual foundations and problem-solving skills for both JEE and NEET.

How Mentor Matching Works

We don't randomly assign mentors. Our matching algorithm considers multiple factors to find the perfect mentor-student fit:

• Subject expertise aligned with the student's weak areas
• Teaching style compatibility — some students prefer structured approaches, others creative ones
• Schedule alignment — timezone and availability matching
• Personality fit — introvert/extrovert compatibility for comfortable learning
• If the match doesn't work, students can request a mentor change within the first 2 weeks — no questions asked
